RESPECTED SIR OPENED AN NRI ACCOUNT IN HDFC BANK GOPINATH MARKET DELHI CANTT.I MADE REQUESTED THEM TO RECTIFY MY EMAIN ID THROGH EMAIL AND THROUGH NETBANKING.
FIRST THEY TOLD THAT THEY HAVE ENTERED EMAIL ADDRESS AS MENTIONED IN APPLICATION FORM.BUT I TOLD THAT THEY HAVE ENTERED E-MAIL ID OF THE CONCERN REPRESENTATIVE ,WHO COORDINATED THE ACCOUNT OPENING FORMALTIES.THE BANK DENIED ,THEN i ASKED THE SCANED COPY OF MY APPLICATION FORM.NOW THEY ARE ASKING A FRESH APPLICATION FORM FOR THAT CORRECTION IN E-MAIL ID BUT RIGHT NOW IAM OUT OF COUNTRY iAM SUFFERING FROM A LOT OF DIFICULTY DUE TO ANK MISTAKE.PLEASE GUIDE ME
