wrong deduction of balance

I recharged my aircel number 917298157441 by an sms pack of 39 at 6:27 pm on 08 march 2015 n thn I srart to chat at 7:27 pm same day…rather than deducting bal from sms pack they deducted from main balance,round abt 10 Rs were deducted from my account and when I raised issue with customer care he misbehaved with me….Every now and then they deduct balance unnecessarily..I hope my problem will be resolved here..
