wrong deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Vidisha&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Tata docomo</p>At 6:58pm i receive a sms saying i have activate the service eorth rs. 5 and 5rs. Deducted from my account but that time i am not activated any thing so give me my money back and this is 3rd time that my balance deduct for wrong resions.Jyotesh Shrivastava8109305864
