Refund of money paid for services which are non functional

I am claiming a refund of the amt that I have paid to them in advance towards 3 months subscription. I got their services disconnected within 8 – 10 days as the internet connection was constantly snapping and hence of no use . Now they refuse to refund the money though it is a technical issue from their side
