Delay is disbursing Insurance claim amount

Location/place: India

Name of company/service: Tata AIG

Its been more than 20 days, my vehicle is repaired and ready for delivery.
But Tata AIG has not settled the insurance claim till now. I have only this vehicle and every day it is adding lots of difficulties for me.
Despite of numerous reminders, mails and phone calls, every time I get only one reply from Tata AIG- that they are working on my problem.
But there is no positive response yet. Consumer forum please help.
