I bought a Tata Photon Data Card at Universal at Chickmagalur on 2 March 2013. It is not activated as on date (19 March 2013). On repeated visits to the stores they kept on saying that it will be activated in a day or two. On contacting the customer service of Tata Photon I have given to understand that the related couments not reached them yet. I have decided to scrap this and go for antoher one with some other dealer. With this bitter experience, I will not make an attempt to think of Universal again and also pass this message to the known circle to do so.
