as im postpaid customer of vodafone postpaid mobile no. 9687960007, and im very happy with the vodafone services, but today i recive vodafone postpaid bill of 540, which is very high because it show the internet downloads of 198 rs for what, i only download from the free site and never from paid one, its a very shameful for a company like vodafone the details shows below:

and i never activate that service and also not receive message of subsricption on my mobile. on complain sites many users complain about this services activate auto on their device also.so pls do the needful or im not gonna waste my money and stop this connection. vodafone really dissapoint me. im not gonna pay bill amt. until you gonna solve it.
