Placed an order, paid the money but havent received the product

Hello Sir,

I had placed an order on Shopume.com for a Power Bank on 21st January 2015 and had paid INR 649 while placing the order. I go an email from them on 22nd January, 2015 saying that the order was dispatched and I would get tracking details within 24 hours. however, have not received any response from them.

Also their customer care toll free number – 18002007699 does not work and nobody answers the call there. Had written an email to them as well on 28th January 2015, however there is no response yet.

Would request your assistance in this matter. This is blatant robbery and they have made a fool of me.
