Dear Sir,
I am Marita Sequiera, customer of Karbonn Mobile, this is to inform you that, I had purchased Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus on 18th October 2014 for Rs.12, 490/- from SNAPDEAL and received it on 24th October, 2014.
After 2 months from the said date of purchase of the mobile, it started showing some technical issues like turning of the display to purple and green color as well as the phone used to hang and switch off and on automatically. There were severe display issues.
So I immediately submitted the mobile to the service centre FOUR GENIUS MOBILE SERVICE situated at Shop no.328, D-wing, 2nd Floor, Shanti Shopping Center, Opp. Railway Station, Mira road, Thane.
They told me that the phone has some software issue and is not repairable in the service centre itself which is why they will have to send it to the company to get it repaired and I will get the phone back in a week’s time.
I kept following up with the service centre but every week they used to tell me the same thing over and over again! Now it’s become exactly a month and again today they informed me that it will take another one month or more for it to get repaired. How does this even make sense? A mobile company does not have the software for its own phones model and takes about two months just to chan ge the software in the phone?
All this has caused me great inconvenience. I hardly used the phone for a month!
I had been sending e-mails regularly at [email protected] but they always with the same e-mail saying they will do something as soon as possible. Nothing more than that has been done by them.
Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
