I have dialed 155 from my Reliance mobile and made an inquiry for offers available and then made an online recharge of Rs. 94.00 as per the offer for my mobile no. 9778147376 dated 22/12/2014. I received a confirmation SMS from Relience that the amount recharged successfully.
But when I checked my balance, the offer is not applied to my account.
I contacted Reliance customer care executive but they told me the offer is not applicable to my number. Then how come the offer is shown to me when I inquired, and how am I supposed to know that the offer is not applicable to me. Then I told them if you are not giving me any offer then you should refund the amount to which the executive very rudely said she cant help as I have recharged through online mode and the amount cant be refunded. Are you guys serious????
Then why are you providing the online recharge services.
