I Online ordered a Product (Motorola Mobile) from Website — www.shopclues.com on date -13-Nov-2014 with orderno-26619595 and paid online for the same.But ,the issue is that they didn’t delivered me the product at all. I inquired the same regarding the issue to their representative. They said to raise the request ,after that they can process the matter but the case is , they didn’t doing anything regarding the matter. Every time ,I call to them , they say to raise another request simply.Almost , 40 days passed,but they neither processing me request nor returning my money which I have paid online for the product.Moreover, I myself inquired regarding the product with delivery service (Blue Dart) and they are saying we returned the product to the merchandise address.
that details also i was forwarded to shopclues then also they are not doing anything.
they are raising request but not solving the problem and not giving feedback at least.
