Exam fees not return

I completed my BE from VDCET, Mouda. I pay fees of examination, now our exam fees return after 2 and half year after graduation. They distribute check of exam fees to some students but I didn’t get it, I go to college office and ask about refund of exam fees they told me that we distribute check after 14dec 2014 and say that call to us after 14dec 2014. When we call to them no one receive our call after that I go to college office they give me lot of excuse like that we send massage when we distribute check and not give check of exam fees. The office staff behavior not good about student, they talk arrogantly to students

I don’t have time to go there, but I go to twice in month but there reply as it is. Same problem face by my friend. They give same answer that we send message.

Please help me.
