MY IDEA BILLING A/C NO 100030639567 ON NAME OF IMPILEO LIFESCIENCE , PANCHKULA
I PORT MY CORPORATE NO IN IDEA CELLUAR FROM TATA DOCOMO , WHEN I CALLED IDEA CELLULAR EXECUTIVE FOR DOCS COLLECTION HE REACHED IN OFFICE WITH IN 15-TO 20 MINUTES .
WHAT AFTER NOs GOT PORT IN IDEA , THEY NEVER GIVE US PROPER REPLY REGARDING BASIC BILLING ISSUE.
I SEND ALOT OF E-MAIL TO IDEA CUSTOMER CARE , THEY ALSO NEVER PROVIDE PROPER REPLY,

MY BASIC ISSUE IS THEY DONT PROVIDING ME IDEA SELFCARE PORTEL/ CORPORATE PORTAL LOG IN DETAIL LIKE USER ID AND PASWORD SO THAT I CAN CHK MY BILLING DETAIL AND PAY THEM ONLINE AND THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ME 1ST BILL COPY
