High Bill for no Usuage

Hello, My name is Reenee. I am using MTS ‘s wifi connection and my user number is 9142603924. I regularly recharge using their Rs. 999 plan for unlimited monthly usage. Last month I got a notification saying hat I exceed 80% of my monthly usage and my speed would be restricted. With my current plan I am supposed to get 24MB usage. Anyway I recharged again on October 29, 2014. Following that I was unable to use my net on the 31st of october and the 1st of november. now once again, on the 5th of november I have been informed that I have used up 80% of my MB and that my speed will be restricted again. I tried calling their customer care department but they just say they will register a complaint. I want this issue resolved not a complaint registration. Please do the needful. Thanks, Reenee
