I use cable broadband service from Siti Cable Broadband via Tollynet Broadband. Since last few months they are providing worst of service local service provider are novice to techincal issue and thus suggest to call to customer care. When I call to customer care number 03340025000, most of the time they do not recieve the call and if they do they behave in such a manner that I have done some crime calling to them. This is a prepaid service and they do not even care to look into the matter properly and give thousands of technical excuses. I am a technical person and I understand how they are cheating on us. Everyday they have some issue and they behave as such these are normal issues and we have to bear with such thing. We are treated like nobodies and tired of the poor service. Now I cannot leave the service because I have given Rs. 2200 as installation charge and will lose the money on doing so.
Please look into the matter as because it is becoming incorrigible day by day.
