PROVOGUE WATCH WITH ICICI OFFER: ORDER PLACED & PAYMENT MADE IN ADVANCE BUT THE GOODS ARE NOT BEEN DELIVERED

Dear team,

I had ordered for a Provogue watch order #103881582 (placed on April 7, 2015 10:20:33 AM IST) owing to a promotional offer from ICICI bank and am yet to receive the consignment.

The Provogue website has shared a contact number but no one responds nor does anyone respond to the mail id of [email protected].

I’ve also shared this complaint with ICICI bank but no one has responded to it so far. It’s appalling that a brand like ICICI would cheat their customers for a petty amount and tarnish their image by partnering with a rogue entity like Provogue.

Kindly look into this issue and help us out.
