Wrongly billed for using internet data inspite of request to activate valid data plan only partial reversal is provided

both complain are giving same resolution of amount 5800 it should be 7800.Since 14th april i have called several times mailed for 10 times still there is no proper resolution

I was using 2G 2gb plan for Rs 99 till Jan 2015 since 2013.For offer provided I shifted to 3G plan for 2 months for Rs 149.

Post which when 3G plan was chargeable at Rs 300 I decided to shift to my old plan of Rs 99 2G 2gb data but it took 6 days to activate for which I continued usage of #g plan which charged me Rs. 70 for 11-18th march which was fine with me.

From 18th onwards my 2G 2gb plan was activated but it got deactivated on 23rd march from your backend team without intimating me nor I had requested for and from 24th march till 10th April I was applied with 149 Rs. 1gb 2G plan which was not requested by me. Still for April month post 11th April this plan of rs 149 rental is active which was never my choice .

This wrong plan activation and deactivation of correct plan from your backend team is making me charge wrongly for Rs 8500 approx. for which on previous complain your team agreed for reversal of Rs 5800 but still the difference of Rs 2700 is the right amount to be billed since my outgoing call are not more than Rs 500 and data usage should be of Rs 70 for 3G plus Rs 99 for data plan so ideally my bill should not cross more than Rs 800 which is not the case.

Request you to give proper resolution and share with me the exact amount to be billed .
