Worst Service and Non Refund of Amount

Hi Sir,

I am not sure whether you will be able to help me or not  I am really disappointed with the way the customer service is provided by Naaptol.

The CSR will not understand at all, they are just like AUTO ANSWERING MACHINE…..

I booked one order on 20th June – Cooler Master V6 GT (RR-V6GT-22PK-R1) Rs.4290.00 thinking that the service will be good but it went on tragedy, the item was not shipped till 26th June, even though multiple calls?????

On 26th June Refund requested, BUT STILL NOW AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE TEAM ???? THE ANSWER IS SAME IF I CALL THEM “I AM FORWARDING YOUR REQUEST THANK YOU, NOTHING ELSE”

“SANTHOSH”, with whom I spoke twice and he is telling “OK” IF I GO TO CONSUMER FORUM AND RAISE A COMPLAINT ??

PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK…
