Fraud in services after payment

Location/place: Vadodara, Gujarat

Name of company/service: GTPL Broadband

I am using GTPL Broadband since March 2011 and renewing my services on timely basis, my last account expiration was on 27th May 2012 and I renewed my services on 25th May 2012 via Cheque No: 292859 (Axis Bank) I have receipt of its payment Rcpt No: 102536 amount: 6620/- for 6+2 month of validity.
After all this my services are terminated on July 1st 2012 and I am counteniously trying to call Customer Care no and they are asking me to contact the person who renewed my account. I am calling that person but he is not answering my phone.
I have dropped my mail to Mr. Nisarg Patel and Mr. Vipul Mehta from GTPL regarding the issue with my Receipt details.
