i buyed a air ticket for saturday 30 june 2012
but miscommuniating me they give ticket of friday 29 june 2012 its from delhi to milan return air ticket.
as it cames to my knowledge i made a complaint to them to rectify the error. they assure me that they had sens a email to the airlines and it will be done soon but till 16:30 hours 28 june in spite of many calls done by me they never replied me satisfactory.when on 28 june at 17:00 p.m i visited there office they told me that you have to pay 100 euros for the change of ticket.
which i refused to pay, due to that the passenger my mother faces a lot of problems and harras ment as she has to wait for 8 hours at milan airport to be picked up.
