Well this is regarding my cell nokia N79 which i took from the above firm dated 11 march 2010. As per the company criteria the they assured that the claim settlement will be settled within the span of 3 days. I gave my cell for repair on 31/8/2010. Its been nearly 2 months they making me to run from pillars to post. A stipulated time from my side was given even though they couldnt repair it til date. The person named Sameer who is in charge of the belgaum firm is not fit to give a correct and up to date info bout tha said cell. So i hereby request the high authorities please to take the action needful so that such incident doesnt take place in future. The above person gave there head office no of Bangalore which doesnt exists.
