worng products delivered and no response to complaints made

I had ordered a CAPDASE pouch (black) and a CLEAR back cover for Apple iPhone 4 on Rediff Shopping on 15/6/13. The total amount was INR 1189 and the same was paid online using my HDFC Debot Card. The order number was 8150479. A parcel was delivered on 21/4/13 which contained a WHITE back cover and a WHITE flip cover for iPhone 4. The products were very different from those ordered and of a much cheaper quality/value. A complaint was raised on 24/6/13 under number 58192. Post this, regular calls have been made to their toll free number 18002662333 and also daily reminders sent to refund the money and collect the worng items. However, there has been no response from the vendor till date – a gap of more than 15 days.

I seek your help in recovering my money and also wish to use the platform to warn others not to deal with this vendor.
