Dear Sir,
I have purchased Philips HTS5530 5.1 home theater from online shopping www.snapdeal.com having order id 1042178495 for Rs. 9889.00. But they have given philips DVP3608 player instead of HTS5530 player.The DVP3608 player is of very low price (rs.1650.00) as compared to HTS5530 as well as not compatible with the 5.1 Speaker system. After complaining snapdeal, they said they will look after the matter. Now they are refusing to change as i complaint after 7 days. They are not even listening to any further complaints.
Please help me as the speakers are useless without the player.
