My self Borrowed from STATE BANK OF INDIA AT Hyderabad and regular in payments. Due to change in the Interest rate the installment became Higher and as the bank advised me to pay higher amount of Installments. I agreed to it and wanted to pay the higher Amount
In the mean while the Bank Transferred my file to another suites filing Branch and that branch sold my Loan to AICEL. All this happened with out any information to me without informing me
And now AIRCEL wants Auction the y House
I WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST STATE BANK OF INDIA -HYDERABAD– FOR UNILATERAL AUCTIONING OF MY PROPERTY BY TREATING THE SAME AS NPA–IN THE CONSUMER FORM-HYDERABAD
