My DISH T.V. set top box which registered to my father”s name Mr. Umesh Prasad Singh with id no. 01517026601 stopped working on 23rd oct 2012 i had complained to the executive from dealer helpline number 18001801234 i told him that my set top box is not working and 24th is the last date of recharge he said technician will replace set top box within 24 hours and my coplaint no. was 102213858 at 24th i waited long for hole day but no one came i again complained and they said they will come from that time till today 31st oct i tried many calls for replacement but they just mentally harassed me my whole week is gone wasted as my parents go for job i waited hole week taking leave from my college staying at home as they said they will replace again and again but still i am facing the same problem i had talked with executives and supervisors but they are making fool of me so please take some strict action so that my problem gets solved as soon as possible and they should duly compensate me for the problems i have faced hole week because of their wrong promise and negligible service making a consumer fool and mental harassment.
