My Customer id:- 3003497201 mobile number:- 9967317329 had reported problem of no signal from last 2 months to airtel DTH but till date the problem not resolved. Infact there engineers are useless each and everybody tell a different story, One say your Set OF box is having problem, One engineer Mr. Pradeep 8692831395 told me your signal receiver is not working. He took 160.00 without providing any receipt and even told us if the part is not required to change the other engineer will refund the Rs 160.00 rs. After that Mr. Salin came he check he told me that a building is coming in the way of signal so you will not get any signal. And for more details kindly contact customer care. I only want my 160.00 + 500 Rs + calls which I made to Mr. Pradeep I.e ( Rs 1000 ) refunded back ( In Cash ) which Airtel has to revert back in cash. And now if I am calling Mr. Pradeep he is not receving my phone and last somebody picked up the phone and he told me the number is provided by his office, but the person was so stupid in the morning on 30/10/201 i spoke to pradeep & I want Mr. Pradeep to Say sorry to me personally for his misdeeds. I have been sending mails to you but no body is replying, you take customer’s for granted. And if you don’t solve my problem within 15th Days i Will not pay my Airtel Postpaid bill I have got credit of Rs 2500.oo. You suggest what has to be done.
