It’s now more than 3 months my Fridge is not working. Whirlpool Engineer had made my fridge dead by doing research.
Every visit there is new face and had done research and came with new problem. If you don’t have good engineer than please don’t fool customer and cheat them.
Initial when first time when why complaint was attend that time Mr. Iyer had clear told me that there is a problem in compressor and he also intend for compressor but because of your good engineer they told that there is some gas problem so they refilled gas and made fridge in temporary working condition which did not work for a day also so again I chased with your team for the cooling issue.
After good chasing with your team your again some good engineers visited and told there is coil issue which took around 20-25 days after good follow-up. So coil was got replaced for which i paid to whirlpool and hardly it worked for 3-4 days.
Again I raised complaint for the same issue. Good engineer attended complaint done some research and said that there was is compressor issue which needs to be replaced and for which you had again intend request for the same.
Yesterday good engineer visited and did some research and came to an conclusion and said that will take this machine in company and get it resolved and told my wife will give you a call for next action plan but till now no replay and no one bothered to give a call and update status.
I am literally feed up with giving call and raising number of complaints for one issue and which Whirlpool is not capable.
Is whirlpool going to reimburse for loss incurred for last few months because of your poor quality of engineer’s and customer harassment.
