I took a Study loan of amount 185000 from BOI(Bank of India) in 2005 for MCA(2005-2008), as per the Interest Waiver rule on study Loan, interest should not be calculated, but after full payment of the Principal amount also bank charging the interest on the loan and doing too much harassment on this case which indirectly creating issue on my married life, but I am not able to pay the interest rate what the bank now charging of amount 154000. Even after I claimed(submitted the documents in the bank) I am not getting any relief.
