disappointment with the product

I just bought water purifier on 15-03-2014 its not even 6months.It started giving problem I called up customer care filed my complaint as the purifier was not even working I expected my problem will b solved soon.But even after 3 days noone bothered.I again called up customer care n got a number of a nearest service center.I called up on that number and an executive visited but after checking purifier he said the candles are spoilt and it needs to be changed.When I bought aquaguard i was told candle will have a life of minimum 1yr.But in my case it was not even a year.Executive told me that candles got spoilt bcoz of quality of water.But my problem is if its bcoz of water then its going to b a every 6 month problem for me.when we buy purifier we always tell which area we reside and what quality of water comes at our house and whatever we buy is on his suggestion .But today executive said the candles got spoilt bcoz of water quality and as candles dont come under warranty so ineed to pay rs825 .Do I need to keep on changing candles every 6months.Is it possible for anyone to spend rs825 every 6months.I m really disappointed with Eureka Forbes.I may not get a solution to my disappointment but maybe people planning to buy your product may learn something from my bad experience .

  1. i bought reliance company honey from reliance fresh subhash nagar store after one week its show its is not pure honey its mixer of sugar i see sugar bottom of bottle . it is very wrong but maybe people planning to buy your product may learn something from my bad experience .
