Three years before,during house construction all my sanitary EWCs are from hindware italian collections.Each model almost costs 15000 rupees.Presently we are suffering from mosquitoes when we use one of the above EWC.It has been found that mosquitoes are getting inside the EWC from sceptic tank.On consultation with hindware technician and by certified plumber,it has been confirmed that it was a manufacturing defect .Since it was a one piece P-trap set,this defect cannot be rectified because of no accessibility.But i got information,that this defect must be reported within one year of purchase,otherwise it will not be renewed even if its a manufacturing defect. Once the mosquitoes growth become prominent ,we only notice this problem and take it as a serious issue.That delays 3 years. I just want to know,whether it will be replaceable,or if not can i get any support on legal issues.
