I had taken up a membership of Jukaso in July 2014. I was promised the sun and the moon during the sales presentation which took place at Jukaso Hotel in Gurgaon.
However, the next day after paying the money from my credit card I realised there were several differences and reality. For all of which the sales rep convinently denied mentioning or said he is not aware.
Anyways, I understood their ploy of cheating and within a couple of days I decided to cancel the membership. To, cancel I had sent a registered post, email and hand delivered a letter so that they cannot claim of not receiving the same.
The offer form said if i cancel within 10 days my money will be refunded in 45 days and it has been more than 45 days i have not heard anything from the company neither have i received my money. I have only got false assurances from customer care.
I am warning the company, that if I dont get my money back in next 5 days, i shall file an FIR against the company and also initiate a consumer case with damages and mental harassment.
