frequent Disconnection in the network

Now i really understand why this portal has been created and it is giving me hope that i will get justice for what has happened with me. Few weeks back, i was looking for different internet service providers in my area and specifically in my society. after doing research, if found out that there are only few service providers provide service in that area and due to some problems and limitation, i couldn’t able to chose, the service provider i wanted. So, this SPECTRANET was one of the service provider available in that area and as it was new and i never heard of it before, i was kind reluctant to have it. But due to limited sources, i decided to try its service. The guy who came to explain me the details as typical sales person blah blah…..and promised about best service with 16MB/S speed and i took that plan and said u have to pay upfront to get service. I said i will after installation, you can have part payment. But leave it, i paid full amount for three months and he gave certain date for installation and after many follow ups that took place. I said that it’s ok it happens. But since the day is started using service, i never believed that it was 16Mb/s speed, so i lodged complaint that i am not getting that speed and there is continuous interruption in the service after every five or ten or anytime when it wants it was disconnecting. So i lodged complaint. the guy gave me complaint number (2014090913999707) and said our service guy will visit your place and check it up. then again it happened, every night at certain time it starts and regular after that it connects and disconnects so in frustration, i called customer care and asked about the status of complaint, he said, its been closed. i asked how can you close the complaint w/o even calling. so i said, i am facing the same problem again, he said it will be resolved. after two to three days again i called. the guy said, sir we will call you. so in too much anger i disconnected the call. But i never get call from them. So, everyday from the day i started using service, i had called them. after few days, i called again, i asked how many times i have to call you and i asked him, cld u please tell me how many called i have made to your customer care by looking at my history. He said, there is only one call from your number and that was for inquiry of your service. can you imagin, so when i gave him the initial complaint number and asked, if i had not called you then how this complaint got registered?? he gone mute, he said sir it cld be mistake from our end. Bull shit !!! so again take complaint from him. and the new complaint no is 2014091914096743, (2014 is yr 09 is month and 19 is date,) even that i understood, so you can imagine how many times i have called them. eventually, when i asked about the status for this complaint as usual it was closed. Bastards !! …even i warned them that, i will lodge complaint in consumer court and i dont want to listen to them, i want new complain number with your customer care mail id, the guy gave me number (2014092314131663) and said sir we can not give customer care id.. wtf is this ? so i asked him that dont they have the complaint escalation matrix, isnt it common thing to share those ids? then he gave me ids, now after that complaint, yesterday (24.09.2014) i got message from them that your complaint has been resolved and same day night, i faced that problem again and net stopped working. aren’t these people shameless. this spectranet is part of Shyma Telecome and who started MTS,

i am going use it for four months then i am going to stop it and will make people aware that how pathetic they are. and in these four, if i am facing the problem again and again then i am going in consumer court and this is steps towards that. I dont want other ppl to go through the same. This is torture to me. I want you to help me to sue them in court. I have all the details of the calls i have made to them with all complaint numbers.
