I purchased a 3G SIM (post paid) for my Dongle which i already have. I purchased on 6th Sep from Airtel Express Showroom near my Office- which is Jafferkhanpet, Chennai-600083.
The Mobile no 9952972140 and I had written to AIrtel and i got a reply saying my Complaint will be looked into with in 2 hrs. but 2 Days had gone no one had called me. .
I again wrote a Mail to them to stop the service once the due date is over and i told them i will not pay the full amount.
I went the showroom where i Purchased this SIM and the employees are not giving a proper reply and they said we cannot do anything and told me to complain to AIrtel. their attitude was very bad.
Kindly give us solution
