We have not received the leads

I have registered my business in call Finanz two months back, but till date I have not received any leads. and now if we ask for the leads there are telling it take another 1 months so we are requesting to give us the money back, but they are telling we cannot give and u can go for consumer court also , so request to enquiry about this issue and revert us and for any clarification call Nataraj-9886144961.
