am from chennai purchasing the samsung LCD
tv. after 8 months i face the 1st problem.it is the tv automatically on and off.totally irritated about this product because i pay 29900 for this model LCD 32 inc..after i register the complaint the service people will come and rectify the problem.after that now 3 weeks before the same problem is continued .they said your warranty period is over you may pay 675 something for repair. not even 1 year from the service. then wat quality product they serve me. they told like this is not our mistake this is current mistake and i said i use ur tv only once in a week bcoz i have no time to watch. they said low usage also it will creat a problem. this is the reply from service people am not ready to pay single money pls help me…..
