Non refund of my Money plus penelty for cancelling my order

my Name is Faizan Mushtaq & i am an oriflame cunsultant having cunsultant ID 5336425. i had placed an order with invoice no 1312042355 on 2/07/2012. which was cancelled by the company without any reason.
