Washing machine is not being repaired

We have one Electrolux washing machine, which is under under warranty.

The registered complaint number is: EBLR2812140080

It has a problem, for which raised a complaint on 01-Dec-2014. Because we are running a business, we required it urgently, so we have been following with customer care & they provided two manager numbers, who are not responding properly, they are not giving any exact date when it can be done. They give some dates but not follow it.

Please provide your help to resolve this issue.
