I am charged for the stupid services which i never used. Vodafone is really just sucking the hard earned money of their loyal customers. The ethical value of the Vodafone is so degrading that they had come to this low level of business. They know cusomers don’t have any choices. I am Vodafone Postpaid customer. The plan which i am having contains 500 MB of 2G data. But i don’t know why i am charged for these two services which i am never awared unless i saw my whooping bill of 700+ Rs. These are the two services which Vodafone has charged me.

The customer care came up with an intersting explantion. According to them i have opened a chargeable site (which i didn’t) and then the customer care also came up with an another explation which they say i clicked on a pop-up and this resulted in the deduction. But i am saying here is it ehically correct to deduct money from their valued customer? I am not in mood to go in court (because of the so called glorified speed of our tribunals and court). Here you can see i am in surrender mood(externally i am but internally i am burned with desired to uproot Vodafone for their unethical behavior). Please help me regarding this. This has to end. I read so much complaints similar to mine. kindly help me on this subject.
