Yatra Portal Worst Call center

Hello All,

I have booked on SpiceJet Flight from TRV-MUM for 26thFeb15 and due to recent SpiceJet issues, I have been continously trying to reach Yatra Helpline nbrs but none of them are answering calls and once you call their Helpline nbr : 955 5800 800 ,,they keep you on long hold for around 10 min and then Yatra executive takes booking reference nbr and then suddenly phone disconnects . I have tries this nbr for 5 times between 9:00Pm and 10 PM today 1/2/15 .

This is really careless and worst service provided from Yatra

I sincerly urge and want this to be escalated to Yatra top executives and make them aware for stop cheating people and provided honest services .
