I had Purchased a front load washing machine from whirlpool,some 8 months back.
The day I started using it I am facing problems.Since last 4 months my machine is not working.The people of the company come & go that too after lots of complaints,phone calls etc..they are unable to repair it & also when asked for replacement..they tell to contact the co. but the co. says it can be repaired..but I dont when they will repair it..Its so horrible to my family to be without the washing machine working.& to wash the clothes of 5 people..Please let me know what should I do..I am really frustrated..
