warranty period long time not responding.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased a BSNL PENTA TABLET Model No. WS802C FC 2G serial No. 0403210018404 having IMEI no. 911219850244041 on 14 Jan 2014. There was some software problem occured in the same, hence i went to Service Center on 17th Jan 2014 and handed over the tablet at Authorised Service Center located in Phoenix International (Pspl_ 1907) Kolkata.
I am sending mail to your company ( [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]). after mailing you had
reply me. 3 rd may 2014 you informed your tablet is ready and collect to service center.after collecting i saw some
problem like Tablet EMI number and serial number is different and screen also scratched. i am not accept this tablet
for this reason. i was deposit tablet to your service center.

They Assured that problem will be resolved within 15 days. Now more than a
month has been elapsed no revert from service center. I called many times
at no. 0120-4805200, given by authorised dealer. On 16th April when i
called them, they said that the parts for your tablet are not available and
you may opt for another BSNL PENTA TABLET WS704D in exchange of my tablet.
Please not that the tablet they are offering in exchange is lower in price
and specification as well.

Please look into the matter as early as possible.
