Refund of the amount paid towards WWIL for the HITS service

Dear Sir,

We, Sagar Cable Network from Sandur had got into an agreement with WWIL – SITI cable for HITS service upon which we have to pay 325000 and they will provide us the service accordingly. We have paid the amount to the a/c given by the WWIL office and have also informed them about the payment and also have sent them the receipts of the payments however. WWIL later sent us a document on 11/03/2010 stating that the agreement between them (WWIL) & Dish TV has failed and will not give us service anymore and the refund will be arranged but till date we have not either heard any positive response nor the refund has been done. We have been following up this issues ever since with the concerned people but somehow the issue has not be addressed yet. We are with the hope that you will help us to get the refund and help us build confidence to do business well. Hope our request will be considered at the earliest.
