Threatening Fake Call from Delhi Court Information Department

I received call from 9643497278, he said he is calling from Delhi Court Information Department in a threatening tone.
He said there is a complaint against me from a private company in money cheating case.
I asked “which private company?”.
He said he don’t have details he just have file number and asked me to contact lawyer V.S. Yadav and gave his number – 08587813652.
He gave the file number as 304DC.
When i asked his name he said as Roni.

I tried to call the lawyer number a couple of times, it went to call waiting. In the mean time I tried searching about those numbers in google and saw many such complaints.

In some time he called again and asked whether i had contacted the lawyer. I asked his full address he again said only as “Delhi court Information Department”. When I asked full address he gave as “Delhi court Information Department, Chamber number 3” and said I have to come to Delhi court tomorrow. I asked why should I come, for that he shouted I should come tomorrow to Delhi court tomorrow or i have to pay penalty Rs.28000.
I asked him to send me proper filed papers for that he again shouted “come tomorrow delhi court or pay penalty 28000” and had cut the call.
