Miss guiding customer and Overcharging bill on STD call

This is regarding the subject mentioned above on overcharging STD call rate. I have been using Vodafone number (9004368072) from 29th May-14 onwards. As per my corporate plan 67 (plus STD charges Rs25/month), the STD call rate should have been (STD to other mobiles) Rs 0.5@min. Though, the charged STD call rate was Rs1@min for the month of July-Aug, 2014. However, I have informed to Vodafone customer care services and lodged a complaint for the same dated 16/08/2014. With reference to Vodafone’s reply (As we check the STD @50p (BaseRat :1Rs)_New pack has already been activared w.e.f.19/07/2014) dated 18/08/2014, the STD call rate should have been [email protected] and same will be continued in future also.

Though, they have been charged Rs1@min on STD call for the month of Oct-Nov, 2014. However, again I have lodged a complaint for the same dated 14/11/2014. Now, they (Vodafone customer care) are saying that the charges are indeed accurate as per the tariff plan for STD call and regret to inform you that we are unable to pass the credit for same.

Further to this, I have sent an attachment for the evidence of Rs0.50@min STD call rate plan. I have also sent the activation mail received by Vodafone to Vodafone customer care service on 18-11-2014. But, I dint get any reply from Vodafone.

Kindly do the needful for the same.
