I have purchased Asus laptop in Aug 2014 and the laptop was having hard disk problem from day 1 and i managed to use till Oct 2014 and on Oct 29 2014, i gave laptop in f1 service center in hyderabad explaining the problem and also asked to update the bios in the laptop.They said there is problem with harddisk and same will be replaced in 3 days, but my laptop was returned on Nov 6th 2014 without updating the bios. After 4 days there was again a problem with laptop as power was not coming. Took back the laptop to same service center on Nov 11th 2014 and they told there is problem with motherboard and will be repaired in a day with a maximum of 3 days. But till today there is no information, when called they are saying that they have not received the part from the company. When called to your customer care Mr.Deepakar spoke to me and his response was useless. When asked to connect to his next level, he has not done that after long waiting.
I dont understand the purpose of purchsing the laptop from asus, as they dont provide service at all and laptop is laying in their service center for days. Its more in their service center then with me. When purchased it was told any problem will be solved in mac of 3days which is not true.

Please take action aganist Asus and reimburse me the cost of laptop so that i can purchase some other laptop.
