the wall mounting kit which is provided free of cost was charged because of purchasing the product from flipkart

I purchased a lg 42lb550A led TV from flipcart.

The wall mounting is provided by the manufacturer of the TV. In micromax,Philips the wall mounting comes within the TV box whereas in lg when we give the information to the lg service centre regarding the product then their service engineer visits our home with the wall mounting and install it for free.

But after receiving the product when I contacted the lg service team they told me that when you order a product online we do not provide it for free .you have to buy it at rs.3500.This information was not provided to me earlier by flipkart and they needed to arrange the wall mounting for me as it is provided by lg by communicating with them .I felt cheated because for a middle class person 3500 rs means a lot .

I want flipkart to refund my money.
