Deviating from original claim while offering membership

I took Zest Mahindra membership in 2010. I was promised during membership agreement that Zest will be adding a new resort/destination every year. It’s really unfair and injustice that there is not even 1 addition from past 5 years. I demand explanation from Zest and pay reimbursement for not meeting the agreement. But, Zest has been steadily increasing the annual subscription fee without shame.
