Customer care manager of honda landmark surat and an engineer from Goodyear tyre company mutually settled and gave a false tyre inspection report.
There was a manufacturing defect in the tyre. A bubble evolved in the tyre due to exposure of sunlight. Due to evolution of bubble a crack developed on the side wall of tyre.
But they gave a reason the tyre got damaged due to some sharpen object(stone). Which is not acceptable to me.
The behavior was so rude in the landmark workshop by Dhruv Panchal (Customer care manager).
I kindly request you to guide me to take action against them.
