due to the negligence, of Aircel,they did not pay any attention to the commitment done to me( Parag Nerurkar bearing the Aircel mobile number 8898885618), result of which they have committed me all the wrong rates and schemes of roaming charges and other related stuff regarding the extra amount in the bill dated 19th May 2012.i had also mailed them a couple of times at [email protected] i.e.1st on 22nd May 2012 and 2nd on 31st of May 2012.but still they did not respond to these mails in time due to which i could not pay my mobile bill. i had informed them that unless and until Aircel team does not respond to me regarding the extra bill amount, i will not pay the bill. In spite of telling this so many times, they have not paid any attention to his concern and result of which i did not pay the bill amount and they have stopped the outgoing service of the concerned number. Again this was an irresponsible behavior shown by them but after discussing so much and in accordance with me, they have decided to give it in writing. Thus they were about to give in writing to me that ‘I/We at Aircel hereby give in writing to the customer that he will not face any problem in future due to our negligence and if the same thing happens again regarding the bill amount or any other service or whatever the matter may be or in short if the customer (Parag Nerurkar) is unhappy with our service related to Aircel and the customer Parag Nerurkar(bearing mob. no.8898885618) ,then he will get the full waiver equal to the amount charged wrongly according to him and in addition to that, we will give him a waiver in the form of good will amount which the customer asks for the mental harassment or the time wasted due to the negligence of Aircel team in reasoning out the root of the unhappiness of the concerned customer. This is our responsibility to serve our customer to the best of his satisfaction and if we fail to do so or if he is not happy then he is free to put forward a request of number portability and we will give a go ahead signal to him without any objection.’
the aircel team and seniors had committed me that they will not refund me the amount i am asking but they will give me in writing the above 4-5 lines.but they have neither given me my money back nor have they given me anything in writing.and when i asked them about this they purposely hang my call and showed the disrespect as usual.please sir,i want my money back or the letter in the given format after which i will pay my remaining amount of bill immediately as told to them.my number is 9892621818,please give me a solution for this.
