Complaint regarding the Videocon Service

Name of company/service: Videocon

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a videocon washing machine.Since last 2 months I am facing issues with the machine and even though the machine is under warranty Videocon is not fixing the issue. I have raised complaint with the Service Center multiple times but its of no use.

Please look into this issue.
